Questions, Answered Plainly.

About INCREXAL, founder submissions, funding, ownership and how your information is handled.

About INCREXAL

INCREXAL is a founder-led venture-building ecosystem. It develops its own digital platforms and explores opportunities to build meaningful businesses with selected founders.

Venture building means combining research, product development, strategy and execution to turn an idea into a working business, rather than offering a single service in isolation. Read more about venture building.

The ecosystem currently includes Vertexal, Life Talks, Innova Bharat and Evening Xpert. See Our Ventures. Being part of the ecosystem does not by itself indicate legal ownership; verified relationships are shown on the Ownership & Partnerships page.

Yes. Existing businesses can introduce an opportunity through the pitch form or, for broader collaborations, through Partnership Opportunities.

There is no fixed timeline. The time needed depends on the opportunity, the information provided and current capacity. Not every submission will receive a response or proceed to further discussion.

No. Submitting an idea does not guarantee a response, funding, investment, acceptance or a partnership. Submissions are reviewed according to our process.

Funding, Equity & Ownership

In selected cases, capital support may be explored where it is available and appropriate. INCREXAL is not a regulated investment fund or licensed financial institution, and funding is never guaranteed.

No. Many collaborations may involve strategy, technology, product development or operational support without any capital. Any funding would be considered individually and only after evaluation and a written agreement.

In an equity partnership, ownership in a venture is shared on terms negotiated for that specific opportunity. The percentages, rights, responsibilities and exit terms are agreed individually and documented in written agreements. There is no standard percentage.

Ownership is determined by negotiation and reflects the contributions, responsibilities, risk and commitments of each party, such as founder effort, capital, product development, intellectual property and operational involvement. It is only final once set out in a signed agreement.
